The Avalon Room is perfect for more intimate functions, as it can comfortably accommodate 80 seated guests. This versatile facility lends itself to cozy events from indoor/outdoor weddings to effective business meetings. The Expo Center’s retreat like setting will enhance the look and feel of your event. The beautiful, adjoining lawn area is often used as a ceremony site or as a location for photos.

When renting the Avalon Room your Rental Fee includes:

The Expo Center sells all beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic); however, our clients may supply their own catering and decorating services. Please note that dates cannot be reserved without a deposit.
